Site Director

As a Site Director, you'll manage the day to day operations of one of our locations.  Must have the ability to take ownership for your site, building a strong school community of children and families.  Excellent customer service skills a must. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years teaching and/or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Staff Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Education field: Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Recreation, Physical Education or Special Education preferred

  • Current CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers Card and Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse Course required at time of hire or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

  • Oregon law requires educators to be currently enrolled in the Oregon Central Background Registry

  • Education Related degree in progress
