School Year Registration

The following forms must be completed and submitted to our Main Office at least one week prior to your child attending our program. The forms may be found at the bottom of the page.

When you have completed the forms please return them to our Main Office along with the registration fee. The registration fee is $65 for 1 child or $95 for 2+ children.

Once we receive your completed registration materials, we will send you an email confirming your child’s 2011 – 2012 enrollment status and payment details.
